Orfit® NS is ideal for all splint types. It is an excellent base for different attachments, if you scratch the coating, and has unlimited potential for the fabrication of very small to very large orthoses, according to the thickness you select. The unique non-stick coating eliminates accidental adhesions (on bandages for example) but allows for temporary bonding while the product is warm. Non-stick coating allows to mold directly onto bandages and cotton linings in post-surgical conditions. Extreme patient comfort.

Orfibrace® NS is a unique rigid and supportive material for your patients. Its high resistance to stretch offers you excellent control while molding. It has a superior surface finish. Orfibrace® NS is unique in that it can be activated in a splint pan or in the oven, according to its coated surface. Non-stick coated material. Excellent resistance to fingerprints. Easy to trim and smooth edges. Antibacterial property. Ideal to mold onto positive plaster molds protected by a cotton lining.

Orfilight® products are unique lightweight splinting materials. Weighs 25 to 30% less than other materials. They are specifically designed to be lighter and more comfortable on your patient. The coating for the non-stick (NS) version prevents the material to stick onto bandages or cotton lining. Especially recommended for patients with loss of strength, and/or fragile and sensitive skin, for example, for elderly persons and pediatric or rheumatic treatments. Ideal splinting material to fabricate post-surgical orthoses.

AirHeel™ is specifically designed to treat plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendonitis, and heel pain. Two interconnected aircells located under the foot arch and in back of the heel, apply pulsating compression with every step, help reduce swelling and discomfort, and enhance circulation. The AirHeel is made of lightweight breathable fabric and is simple to apply and adjust with one strap. Fits For Men Size 11.5 - 13 and Women Size 13 - 14.5.
