Steel King® SK2000® Boltless Pallet Rack - 4"H x 108"L Step Beam - Pair - SBRUM400108P All Steel King step beams feature a 1 5/8" step for decking or pallet support bar positioning. All beams are constructed of high-strength (55,000 p.s.i. minimum) steel. Our step beams are constructed of continuously welded structural tubing. There are no ledges or cracks to catch pallets, or trap moisture or debris. Three-rivet beam connection makes these beams 26% stronger than a standard two-rivet connection, providing better product protection. Capacity based on pair of beams.

Interlake Mecalux - Bulk Rack Crossbar Bulk rack cross bars are manufactured in 16 GA galvanized steel. The shaped of the bulk carck cross bar is manufactured to fit into the beam upon which particle board settles on. These improve the overall load capacity of the particle boards being used.

Penco has engineered its roll-formed one piece beam to achieve the highest possible strength-to-weight ratios in the most frequently desired load ratings through the use of efficient design and high strength steel. The face of the beam has an M-design recessed configuration for added strength, protecting the locking key, and to accept pressure sensitive labeling. Each beam is stamped with an identifying letter referring to the load bearing capacity. Beams are finished in 710 Sagebrush Yellow baked enamel for high visibility.

Interlake Mecalux fork clearance bars are positioned perpendicularly to the pallet rack beams, elevating the load by 2-1/2" above the beam's level. Fork clearance bars increase the safety and handling ability of the fork lift operator.
