Brady® Small Valve Base Clamp Lockout

Protect workers and prevent accidental valve activation with the Brady Universal Ball Valve Lockout. Built from industrial-grade, glass-reinforced nylon and steel, it offers superior impact and chemical resistance for demanding worksites. This easy-to-use device fits valve handles up to 1" wide and 0.6" thick, securing with one padlock (max shackle 0.35") for both open and closed valves. Device is made of extremely rugged injection-molded polypropylene for superior impact and chemical resistance. Cover the valve handle with the gate valve lockout device and apply a personal padlock and lockout tag to ensure employee safety. Accepts padlock shackles up to 3/8 " diameter. Supplied with English, Spanish and French danger labels.

Unique knockout center accommodates OS&Y or "rising stem" valves. Lockouts accept locks with shackles up to 3/8" diameter. Danger labels in English, Spanish and French are included. Cover the valve handle with the gate valve lockout device and apply a personal padlock and lockout tag to ensure employee safety. Accepts padlock shackles up to 3/8 in. in diameter.
