The Armor Wrap® rust prevention paper sheets combine the benefit of VCI (Vapor Corrosion Inhibitor) with virgin, neutral pH wrapping paper for a clean, safe and easy to use dry packaging of metal products. The Armor Wrap® paper sheets are coated with VCI on both sides to simplify use/application. They replace oils and greases using Armor VCI® nanotechnology and provide continuous protection for up to 3 years and are recyclable. The sheets are approved by most major global OEMs and meet all REACH and RoHS requirements.

The paper roll protects ferrous, non-ferrous and combination metals including steel, aluminum, iron, copper and zinc. Use this Volatile Corrosion Inhibiting (VCI) paper to cover or wrap metal parts or surfaces. This chemically treated paper continuously vaporizes creating an environment that blocks out rust, corrosion and oxidation. 1 ft² of VCI Paper for every 1 ft³ of packaging area is recommended. Wrap the roll around the item completely for maximum protection.
