E6011 mild steel "Deep Penetration" is an all-position rod with strong arc force for deep penetration. Fast metal solidification facilities welding in vertical and overhead positions. Light slag allows for easy clean-up. Excellent for rusty steel because of the strong arc force. Useful for galvanized tanks, steel casting and pressure pipe.

E6013 mild steel "General Purpose" is an all-position, general purpose rod with medium to shallow penetration. Medium to heavy slag is easily removed. Excellent for poorly fitted joints. Smaller sizes of rod are well suited to low heat on thin metals. Use on all types of mild steel where ease of operation and good appearance is required. Great for light gauge metal, sheet metal, duct work, etc.

Easy-flo brazing rod makes it simple to braze aluminum and zinc-based metals with an oxy-acetylene or propane torch set-up. Great for repairs on irrigation pipes, carburetor bowls, aluminum boats, camper covers, lawn mower housings and casings (including aluminum magnesium). No flux is required. Melting Point: 732° F (389° C)

Powerweld® E71T-GS gasless flux-cored welding wire .030" diameter x 10lb spool. Powerweld® 71TGS is designed for single pass welding of thin-gauge carbon steel, ranging from 3/16" to 22 gauge. This electrode is formulated to weld quite effectively over galvanized material and can be used on certain aluminized surfaces as well. Powerweld® 71TGS requires no external gas-shielding and should be welded with DCEN (straight polarity).

E7018 mild steel "Low Hydrogen" welding electrodes easily produces quality results on smaller amperage DC or higher amperage AC welders. It is suitable for all positions on hardenable steels where no preheat is used, and on cold rolled steels normally exhibiting excessive porosity when welded with conventional rod. The low hydrogen content reduces cracking and peeling of the weld material. Use for field erections, steel structures, frames, trailer hitches and chassis.
