Buna-N is ideal for oils, greases, fuels, and petroleum applications. It also works well with water and mild chemicals and has excellent physical properties making it tough and durable.

This formulation can withstand the highest temperatures and offers the lowest compression compared to our other silicone compounds. It is also made of FDA compliant materials for food, beverage and pharmaceutical applications. Silicone has excellent weathering properties.

This formulation is stronger and more durable than both standard and high strength neoprene for the most demanding applications. Neoprene has a good balance of properties and is suitable for oils, water, food and beverage, while remaining tough and weather resistant.

Made by USA Sealing. Silicone withstands both high and low temperatures and is more resilient than other rubber materials. Silicone has excellent weathering properties and also maintains its shape over longer periods of time than other rubber materials. Silicone also offers good resistance to ozone. Soft durometer rubber has better conformability. The high temperature adhesive performs at a much higher temperature range so that the adhesive meets or exceeds the material temperature range.

This formulation contains metal fillers which allow the silicone rubber to be picked up by metal detection systems should they tear or fall into the process stream. It is also made of FDA compliant materials for food, beverage, and pharmaceutical applications. Silicone has excellent weathering properties and can withstand high temperatures.
