The Global Industrial™ Steel Guard Rail Kit provides reliable protection for personnel, equipment, racking, machinery, and facility infrastructure in warehouses, manufacturing facilities, distribution centers, and other industrial environments. The system combines a heavy-duty 6' double-rib steel guard rail, a 42" steel post, and lift-out brackets to create a versatile barrier solution capable of functioning as either a fixed bolt-on system or a convenient drop-in/lift-out barrier.
Constructed from durable steel components, the guard rail features reinforced double-rib rails designed to absorb impacts and help prevent costly damage. The system is rated to stop impacts of up to 15,000 lbs. at 4 MPH, providing dependable protection in high-traffic industrial settings. The bright yellow finish enhances visibility and helps improve workplace safety.
The included 42" bolt-on post is manufactured from heavy-duty 5-gauge steel and features 24 predrilled bolt holes compatible with both 2-rib and 3-rib guard rails. Rails can be mounted on either side of the post, allowing flexible system layouts and future expansion. Unused bolt holes can be covered with the included caps for a clean appearance.
For applications requiring temporary access, the included lift-out bracket kit converts the bolt-on barrier into a drop-in system. The brackets bolt onto the posts and allow rails to be quickly installed or removed without sacrificing protection when in place.
