The 90 series of double box-end wrenches have a deep offset 12-point ring at each end. Each wrench fits 2 different SAE (fractional inch) size fasteners for double the size coverage. The deep offset and angled handle (75° from the bolt centerline) assists with access in hard to reach areas.
